Every visit is you and your doctor — no aides, no double-booking, no hand-offs.

A superbill for your insurance
We provide a superbill you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

No referral needed in California
California lets you start physical therapy directly, without a physician referral. You can begin this week.
The honest answer: we're out-of-network, so coverage depends on your plan. Many plans reimburse part through a superbill. We'll walk it through with you before you spend anything.
Does insurance cover this?
We're a cash-pay physical therapy practice — out-of-network with all insurers, so we don't bill your plan directly. Many PPO plans reimburse part of out-of-network care when you submit the superbill we provide; HMO plans generally don't. We'd rather you know all of this before your first visit. Call, and we'll walk through it honestly.
What about Medicare?
We're a cash-pay practice and are not enrolled with Medicare — which means we can't bill Medicare, and Medicare won't reimburse visits here. If you have Medicare and choose care with us, you pay privately, the same as every patient. We know that's a real consideration — call us at (949) 850-2885 and we'll talk it through honestly before you decide anything.
